SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
There are 4 mode of the charges for the delivery are as under:-
1. SPEED DELIVERY:
The buyer shall be charged for an amount of Rs 150 for the delivery on the same day, subject to the conditions the user chooses so and eligible to the area that is been mentioned at the checkpoint.
2. ONE DAY DELIVERY OPTION:
The product shall be delivered on the next day with the charges of Rs 100 per order and in the area which are defined on the checkpoint.
3. TWO DAYS DELIVERY:
The product shall be delivered in two days and the charges for the same shall be Rs 75 per order within the area mentioned at the checkout.
4. FREE DELIVERY 3-10 DAYS:
The product shall be delivered free of cost for the product having minimum order of Rs 500/- and above.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY : the product may be delivered to you through the cash on delivery mode, the same is available to some of the places within the jurisdiction of the Delhi only; the location shall be appear at the time of the checkout of the cart; the product shall take 2-7 days to be delivered; the customer shall be intimated once the product is dispatched from us; the customer shall pay the amount of the product before hand, before opening the parcel; he may opt for raising complaint about the product immediately opening of the parcel to us on our customer care number; doing so, the product shall be received back by our representative duly appointed for the purpose soon and the payment of the same shall be returned to you through cheque or NEFT in your bank as per the procedure of the company; Please go through the return policy for further reference.
CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY:
The products shall be delivered on the business days only, and for computation of the days of delivery, the gazetted Holidays are not been counted and for the computation of the day of delivery, only the working days are to be counted and the express delivery shall be deemed to be the regular 3-7 days delivery automatically, whereas the customer is assured that the product shall be delivered in the minimum available time frame.
The company operates within the geographical limits of the Territory of India, and the product are only available within India.
Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the package is not damaged or tampered. If you observe the package is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept delivery and contact us accordingly through our customer care number and through mail and we request to keep your order id handy while contacting us for the query as our customer care executive may ask for it.
You have to further intimate us for any wrong delivery of the product or the damage product in the package immediately within 24 hours of the delivery of the shipment, failing which it shall be deemed that the product was delivered in its good conditions and there shall be no return or exchange of the product in any condition thereafter.
Payment of the Product:
In case the product is booked from the seller of the company, the company/eazyshopping.in is under agreement with the seller to be responsible for the packaging and dispatch of the product under supervision of the company; further the payment of the goods/products shall be released to the seller once the product is delivered to the customer in good condition and up their satisfaction.
The payment of the buyer is safe with the company /eazyshopping.in and the same shall be refunded in any circumstance where the product is not delivered to the buyer in stipulated time excluding the time which is beyond the control of the seller or the company.
In every case where the product is not been delivered to the buyer, the buyer is protected with the money back subject to the condition of refund policy.
